The new City of Ottawa comes into being on January 1, 2001, and we're certain you'll have lots of questions. To help you, the residents of Queenswood Heights, we offer some information to help find municipal services in the new city. As more information comes our way, we'll put it here for you.
For now, we have some information on finding municipal services, and useful phone numbers.
 The city has designed this new city logo which you'll be seeing on all municipal buildings, vehicules, road signs and stationary. The City has also developed a fantastic new website which provides residents with a lot of very useful information.
Orleans and the old City of Cumberland are now represented by three Councillors:
Herb Kreling - Ward 1 - Orleans
Rainer Bloess - Ward 2 - Innes
Phil McNeely - Ward 19 - Cumberland
Queenswood Heights is located in Ward 1.
